How to Straighten Bangs

Side bangs are one of the hottest new trends, adding sophistication to any style. The key to perfectly swept bangs is keeping them straight - a hard style to achieve without the proper styling tools. To get the sleekest results, read the following steps of how to straighten bangs.
First: Set the bangs
After you wash and dry your hair, use a comb to separate your bangs from your hair. Clip the rest of your hair out of the way. Squeeze a tiny amount of your straightening product onto your fingertips and evenly distribute the product through your bangs. Use only a small amount in your bangs to avoid weighing them down.
Second: Straighten the strands
Move your bangs to one side. Straighten your bangs one small section at a time. Repeat this process until all of your bangs are straight. For added style, flip the ends of the bangs up or under with your thin straightener.
Third: Finish the style
Take your comb and some hairspray to smooth your hair into the style you desire. Opt for a light straightening spray to keep the style in place while still allowing for movement. Remove the clip holding the rest of your hair and finish styling for a complete look.
